AiwithAI ("we", "us") provides AI engineering education through labs and coding sandboxes at aiwithai.online. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
We collect: your name and email address (for your account, via Supabase Auth); your subscription plan and credit balance; code you submit in the sandbox (processed transiently to run tests, not stored permanently); questions you ask the AI tutor (sent to Google Gemini for a response); and payment information, which is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
To create and secure your account, provide access to labs and sandboxes according to your plan, process payments and top-ups, and provide AI tutor responses. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We use Supabase (authentication and database, EU/global hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Google Gemini (AI tutor responses). Each processes data under their own privacy policies and applicable data processing agreements.
We use essential cookies for login sessions (required for the site to function) and, if you accept, optional analytics cookies to help us improve the product. You can manage your choice via the cookie banner.
If you are in the EU/UK or otherwise covered by data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Account page. For any other request, email hello@aiwithai.online.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile and credit balance are permanently removed. Some transaction records may be retained by Stripe as required by financial regulations.
